BM Anlagenbau und Dosiertechnik GmbH
Dipl.-Ing. Dirk Matyschiok
scope of application
With this data protection declaration, users receive information about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of their data by the responsible provider.
The BM Anlagenbau und Dosiertechnik GmbH takes your data protection very seriously and treats your personal data confidentially and in accordance with legal regulations.
Collection of general information
With every access to this offer, information is automatically collected by us or the web space provider. This information, also known as server log files, is of a general nature and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person.
Among other things: Name of the website, file, date, data volume, web browser and web browser version, operating system, the domain name of your Internet provider, the so-called referrer URL (the page from which you accessed our website) and the IP address.
Without these data it would not be technically possible to deliver and display the contents of the website. In this respect, the collection of data is absolutely essential. In addition, we use the anonymous information for statistical purposes. They help us to optimize our range of products and technology. We also reserve the right to subsequently check the log files in case of suspicion of illegal use of our offer.
If you send us enquiries using the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. These data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent. You can revoke your consent to the collection and use of data at any time by sending us a message. In the event of revocation, your data will be deleted immediately.

Integration of third-party services and content
Our offer may include content, services and performances of other providers. These include maps provided by Google Maps, videos from YouTube and graphics and images from other websites. In order for this data to be called up and displayed in the user's browser, the transmission of the IP address is absolutely necessary. The providers (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") thus perceive the IP address of the respective user.
Although we make every effort to use only third-party providers who only need the IP address to deliver content, we have no influence on whether the IP address may be stored. In this case, this process is used for statistical purposes, among other things. If we have knowledge that the IP address is stored, we point this out to our users.
In order to make your visit to our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies. These are small text files which are stored on your terminal device and which store certain information via your browser for exchange with our system. Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e. after closing the browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your terminal and enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit (persistent cookies). Cookies do not contain any personal data and can therefore not be directly assigned to any user. Please note that certain cookies are set as soon as you enter our website. You can set your browser in such a way that you are informed about the setting of cookies and can decide individually about their acceptance or exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally. Some data processing procedures are only possible with your express consent. A revocation of your already given consent is possible at any time. An informal notification by e-mail is sufficient for the revocation. The legality of the data processing up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority
In the event of breaches of data protection law, the person concerned has a right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority. In order to ensure that our data protection declaration always complies with current legal requirements, we reserve the right to make changes at any time. This also applies in the event that the data protection declaration has to be adapted due to new or revised services, for example new services.
