UV Hardening

The UV-paint hardening is carried out with UV light in a closed chamber. Used here is an ultraviolet light spectrum, which does not form harmful ozone. The paint is designed for this. The reflectors are cooled by fresh air.

This results in the following benefits:

• Ventilator with lower power, and more effective cooling of the reflector
• No suction at the UV lamp needed
• Beam side of the reflector remains clean
• UV tube stays clean

The lamp outputs are electronically controlled. The radiators are generally in standby mode, where they only have 15 % power consumption. When a product reaches the chamber, the spotlight switches into their rated power within 50 ms. As soon as the chamber is empty it immediately switches back to standby.
